Economic law firm Warsaw

Economic law is a broad field of law, traditionally divided into two branches: private economic law and public economic law.

In the area of private law, we offer preparation, opinions on and negotiation of draft commercial contracts such as various types of sales, commission, cooperation or confidentiality agreements, as well as agency agreements. The key legal basis for this area is the civil code.

Public economic law, on the other hand, covers the relationship between entrepreneurs and the state. It is the law that determines how a business should be conducted and the rules for its establishment.

Law firm – economic law

Economic law sets the norms and standards for the operation of companies in the market, providing security in mutual relations and defining the obligations of business owners towards each other and towards consumers. Being familiar with these rules guarantees legal security and minimises the risk of conflicts with other market players. By duly complying with their obligations, companies reduce the risk of judicial and administrative sanctions. The aim of economic law is also to provide legal protection for inventions and to promote innovation, which we are able to provide through our cooperation with JWP Patent and Trademark Attorneys.

Our attorneys-at-law and lawyers support clients in conducting all business-related processes. Using their knowledge and experience, they successfully guide clients through the process of obtaining the necessary permits and concessions, as well as the documents needed for their day-to-day business activities, such as permits for the sale of alcohol or obtaining a certificate of residence. They provide comprehensive assistance with the structuring of various types of contracts and their negotiation, e.g. service orders, purchase orders, confidentiality agreements or permanent cooperation arrangements. They also conduct informal settlement negotiations in conflict situations with appropriate sensitivity and professionalism.
